Sometimes it’s amazing just how much a children’s show can touch the hearts of viewers, even years after when they become adults. Nick Jr. released a video of the original host of Blue’s Clues, Steve Burns, talking to fans for the 25th anniversary of the series and it’s an absolute tear-jerker.
He talks about the canonical reasons he left the show back in 2002 after his amazing run of over 100 episodes and encouraged fans to be proud of the achievements they have achieved since they were kids.
“I guess I just wanted to say that after all these years I never forgot you… Ever. And I’m super glad we’re still friends.
Of course, this has lead to some incredibly heartfelt reactions on Twitter with long-time fans of the series chiming in on just how much their time with Steve back in the day meant to them.
This really hurted a lot like what the heck can I hug him? 🥺
For real, I went to college, got a degree I don’t use, went in the air force for 5 years, got out and had job for a year but then moved back closer to home and now I’m just kinda scratching my head at 30 like oops
One thing is for sure: we never forgot you either Steve, how could we? We can only hope the team creating Blue’s Clues keeps dropping such incredibly wholesome content for us all to enjoy.
The Matrix Resurrectionsis one of the most highly anticipated movies of recent years, with fans eagerly waiting to find out more about the film. And now, some new footage and a new teaser trailer website is giving fans a small taste of what they can expect when the new movie hits theaters.
The Matrix Resurrections is the latest film in the popular Matrix series of sci-fi movies that launched in 1999. The follow-up to 2003’s The Matrix Revolutions, the film will see viewers return to the cyberpunk virtual reality world created by the Wachowski sisters. In this world, virtual reality isn’t an innocent curiosity but rather a way for sentient machines to farm humans for power.
The teaser trailer comes via a new website called WhatIsTheMatrix.com. Rather than simply being a trailer, the website is an interactive experience. It starts with visitors clicking on the franchises’ iconic blue or red pill. The site then generates a unique teaser trailer that features footage from the film and dialogue from the film’s characters. According to Warner Bros sources, there are over 180,000 possible teaser trailer combinations available at the present time.
First Images From The Matrix: Resurrections Reveal Old And New Faces

These trailers start with the iconic falling green text that has become the trademark visual of The Matrix franchise and then cuts to quick flashes of moments from the film. These flashes include glimpses of various characters. This includes the return of Keanu Reeves as Neo, who appears to be in our modern world, or a convincing facsimile of it. Alongside this, we also see brief sights of Abdul-Mateen, Jessica Henwick, and Jonathan Groff in character. We also get a first look at Carrie-Anne Moss, who will be reprising her role as Trinity.
This is all interspersed with surreal images from the film. This includes loads of the infamous blue pills, a burning helicopter, and a pistol emerging from a mirror. There are also plenty of callbacks to the previous films, including a black cat (the sign of a glitch in The Matrix) and a man whose mouth is melted shut. The narration for this trailer features several actors from the film giving various short monologues, many of which change based on your actions on the website. This includes one monologue that actually reads your system time, making for a uniquely unnerving experience.
The trailer ends with some text saying that the full trailer will release on Thursday, September 9th.
The Matrix Resurrectionsis directed by Lana Wachowski and stars Keanu Reeves. It will release on December 22nd in theaters and on HBO Max.
A surprising number of YouTube’s elite creators found their start on Vine, the now-defunct video-sharing platform that birthed a number of the internet’s top memes. Since the demise of Vine, creators have shifted to YouTube, where they can continue to make comedic, informative, or purely entertaining videos. One former Viner, Cody Ko, has used the fanbase he gained on Vine to build a reputation for himself as a content creator, rapper, podcaster, and comedian.
Ko, whose full last name is Kolodziejzyk, finds plenty of work for himself between his numerous collaborations, YouTube channels, and outside projects. His main page, simply titled “Cody Ko,” has just under 5.7 million subscribers. His videos on this page, of which there are many, have earned a collective view count in the billions, after more than seven years of uploads. His main channel is home to his flinch-worthy “That’s Cringe” series, along with “Couples Cringe,” a similar series he is undertaking alongside his girlfriend and fellow YouTuber Kelsey Kreppel.
On top of his main channel, Ko also has several companion channels. “Cody & Ko,” “Cody Ko Shorts,” “Tiny Meat Gang,” and “Insanely Chill,” have a collective subscriber count of more than 9 million, putting Ko’s follower count, all channels included, in the 15 million range.
Ko also has a podcast, which he’s been contributing to since Oct. 2017. Titled “Tiny Meat Gang Podcast,” the series sees Ko and another former Viner, Noel Miller, join forces to share their comedic talents with the world.
Between all these lucrative exploits, Ko makes a solid living for himself. His net worth is estimated to be around $5.47 million, according to the website Net Worth Spot. This estimate accounts only for Ko’s multiple YouTube channels and the ad revenue they likely bring in, however, so Ko’s worth is most likely higher than that. Revenue from his online store, Tiny Meat Gang, isn’t even factored into this total. With all of Ko’s side-gigs considered, it seems likely that his net worth actually clocks in closer to $7 million. Maybe even higher.

Just on YouTube, Ko makes around $91,000 a month, and more than $1 million a year, according to Net Worth Spot. Add in a few sponsors, which he is all but certain to have, along with his online store, and revenue from his podcast and comedic music, and Ko has set himself up quite well. At only 30 years old, a net worth of more than $5 million is nothing to scoff at.
Red Notice has been on film fans’ radars for a long time now. Back in summer 2019, it was confirmed that the Netflix action movie would unite three of the biggest stars around – Ryan Reynolds, Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson, who’s also producing – but since then information has been scant, with the production enduring a troubled shoot thanks to the pandemic. Now that it’s almost here, however, the streaming giant has unleashed the first full trailer, which reveals the winning trio of The Rock, Reynolds and Gadot in action. Check it out above.
Red Notice stars Johnson as FBI agent John Hartley, who sets his sights on the two most wanted criminals in the world after international red notices are issued on them both. Hartley quickly gets the better of Reynolds’s character, the world’s best conman, and talks him into aiding his mission to take down Gadot’s character, the world’s best art thief.
This trailer promises that Johnson and Reynolds will be just as much of a hilarious odd-couple double act as you’d expect, with the two of them very much playing to type, while Gadot gets to switch it up as the film’s villain, swapping her familiar do-gooder Wonder Woman persona for a dangerous femme fatale, with her and Johnson enjoying an almost Batman/Catwoman-like chemistry. Overall, it might not look like the most original flick you’ve ever seen, but it promises to be a highly entertaining watch, all the same.

With its globe-trotting plot – filming took place in Atlanta, Rome and Sardinia – Red Notice stands as Netflix’s most expensive movie to date, with production costs estimated to be upwards of $200 million. The company will be counting on its three A-list leads to draw in audiences from far and wide when it finally debuts on the platform in a couple of months.
From director Rawson Marshall Thurber – who previously partnered with Johnson onboth Central Intelligence and Skyscraper – don’t miss Red Notice on Netflix from this November.
DC’s Doom Patrol just received a brand new trailer for the show’s third season which revealed the arrival of new key characters including Madame Rouge and the Brotherhood of Evil.
In the trailer posted earlier today, we see Madame Rouge’s arrival and she has seemingly lost all of her memories after her time traveling capsule crash lands. From the trailer footage, it would seem that Rogue isn’t the cut and dry villain she’s known as being in the comic source material, instead potentially an ally for parts of the season.
Other members of the Brotherhood of Evil that will be joining the show this season include The Brain and Monsieur Mallah who have both appeared in DC projects before like Young Justice and Teen Titans. These two characters are clear antagonists to our cast of Doom Patrol. Along with them, Garguax will form the core roster of Brotherhood members during the season.
These aren’t the only threats for our main cast to encounter during the season though, as Rogue teases in the trailer the emergence of the Sisterhood of Dada, which is a spin on the Brotherhood of Dada from the Grant Morrison Doom Patrol run of comics.
Alongside these major players, the trailer hints at a range of other foes which seemingly include zombies, however, we won’t know for sure who is showing up until season three first airs exclusively on HBO Max on September 23. If you’ve yet to check out the show you can watch both the first two seasons on the streaming service right now.

When you think of YouTubers who flaunt their worth one of the first to spring to mind would be MrBeast. The philanthropist and giveaway veteran has built a career on giving away exorbitantly priced items and gifts to friends, fans, and even strangers.
While the flashy videos might draw in millions of views and have created a large following for Jimmy Donaldson, or more commonly known as MrBeast, it can’t be cheap to regularly produce this kind of content.
In this article, we’ll be sharing some of the methods that MrBeast uses to fund his channel and add to his increasing net worth. There may be more methods outside of his brand, but these are the main ways the YouTuber gets things done.
How Does Mr Beast Make Money?
Ad revenue
MrBeast published a video in December of 2018 called “How I Gave Away $1,000,000” and in its conclusion, he shared that the money had come from his YouTube revenue stating “YouTube pays better than you think.”
While it isn’t clear what CPM MrBeast has on his channel, he seems to be earning an extremely healthy amount from views on the platform. This is a common practice creators use to get by and with the millions of views each of his videos gets, it’s no wonder MrBeast is able to fund his videos with income from his channel.
Sponsorship
Another great way that creators including MrBeast bolster their income is by taking on brand sponsorships. MrBeast has quite a few regular sponsors like the internet plugin Honey, but he’s also taken on one-time sponsors in the past.
This process works by the brand paying a fee for MrBeast to shout out their brand or product on his video for his audience to hear and hopefully purchase.
Merch
One of the other ways that MrBeast makes money is through his merch line. Available at shopmrbeast, Jimmy sells a variety of products from shirts, jumpers, even school supply sets. These products are extremely popular among his fanbase and with their size likely bring in a massive amount of passive income for the creator each year.
It’s difficult to predict which TV shows will capture the zeitgeist and seize the imagination of the public, and one very notable example has been You. The twisted psychological thriller initially premiered on Lifetime back in September 2018, where ratings weren’t exactly through the roof.
However, the series streamed exclusively on Netflix in international markets and became nothing short of a phenomenon, with 43 million viewers watching the entirety of the first season, making it one of the platform’s most-watched episodic efforts ever. Sensing they had something special on their hands, You became a Netflix original starting with Season 2, which went on to draw in 54 million subscribers in the first four weeks after it was made available.
Fans have been wondering what comes next for Penn Badgely’s Joe since December 2019, especially when the finale was peppered with outlandish twist after outlandish twist following the revelations surrounding The Haunting of Hill House star Victoria Pedretti’s Love Quinn, setting Season 3 up to head into even more bonkers territory.
The good news is that we now have official confirmation from Netflix that You will be back on our screens in the very near future, with the first Season 3 teaser unveiling an October 15th bow. Based on how it’s gone from an under-the-radar genre title to one of the streamer’s biggest in-house shows, expect You to instantly rocket to the number one spot on the Top 10 and stay there for a long time.
Who the heck is Addison Rae? Well, if you haven’t been paying attention, she’s only the newest sensation on social media, as she was the second most followed person on TikTok in 2020. At 20 years old, the Louisiana native started posting dancing videos in 2019, but since the pandemic has shot to fame with co-signs from Mariah Carey and Kourtney Kardashian, whose son is an avid watcher of the TikToker’s possl. In addition, she’s managed to snag herself some pretty decent endorsements and sponsors during the pandemic, so it’s safe to say she made a lot of money last year. But how much exactly is her net worth?
Addison, whose TikTok handle is @addisonre, is one of the platform’s biggest personalities on Tik Tok. She currently has more than 81.8 million followers who follow her dance posts and even managed to catch the eye of reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian. Over the course of the pandemic, the two have become besties, and Kourtney has even been featured in several Addison’s Tik Tok videos; even Kourtney’s oldest son, 10-year-old Mason Disick, has made a few appearances.
Addison’s closeness and connections to the Kardashians have definitely helped to build her brand. She and Kourtney have taken the 20-year-old star’s posts to a new level with their dance and workout routines. The popularity of their friendship even landed Addison a guest appearance on the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. In the episode, Addison meets with Kim Kardashian to teach her some dance moves to help the 40-year-old billionaire promote her SKIMS clothing line.
All in all, Addison hasn’t done too bad for a TikToker who’s only been active for three years. According to Influencer Marketing Hub, Addison easily earns anywhere between $49,080 to $81,801 for every TikTok post. Of course – as it usually is with most social media influencers – that income is usually earned through sponsored posts and product endorsements from companies like Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS. She even inked a modeling deal with the clothing giant American Eagle for a cool $673,761 in 2020 and is now coming into 2021 hot with her new song, “Obsessed,” now streaming on Spotify. The single has now gotten over 7 million streams and has only boosted Addison’s rise to fame, which she has used to promote her own personal clothing line, Addison.
According to Lad Bible, Addison’s YouTube channel currently has 4.7 million subscribers. In addition, her Instagram profile, which is @addisonrae, currently has 39 million subscribers. So with all of her multiple revenue streams combined, it has been reported that Addison currently has a net worth of 5 million in 2021, give or take, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
But Addison doesn’t plan on stopping there. The TikTok star is now acting with her first starring role in the Netflix film, He’s All That, which is slated to release on the streaming platform on August 27th.
From TikTok dancer to film star in only three years, Addison is quickly on a roll to becoming a household name in pop culture for the younger generation. So it stands to reason that her $5 million will only continue to grow in 2021.
